If I could give 10 stars I would!! From the initial call to the job completion they were awesome!! We had an emergency right before a Holiday and they were able to get our main line unclogged and septic pumped by that afternoon. Their professionalism and work is top notch. Also the technicians that came out were extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and even took the time to educate us on our septic system. Highly Recommend Forbes Plumbing and Septic!!!

Initially impressive, as they came out at 6pm to assess a water leak. Marked the yard with promises to come back and replace the water main and never heard from them again. I still have a river flowing down my driveway, almost two weeks later. Guess they aren't coming ?

I had great service this afternoon at Eagle Creek in Moyock! The Tech did a great job and took the time to explain what was going on and the difference between my plumbing issue and the community issues. Highly recommended and will always be my first call for any other issues!

10/10 would highly recommend. Jessica was great & very responsive. She got Derek out to my house quickly to repair my busted main water pipe. He did an amazing job replacing the pipes & fixing it so I could have my water back. Had an immediate plumbing issue and being new to the area wasn’t sure who to call. The came highly recommended in the community fb. They arrived same day. I even received a phone call to update the arrival time which is greatly appreciated. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I definitely will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

It was about 1:30 on a sunny afternoon when we discovered we had NO water because of a hole in a well pipe! After phoning three different services requesting help Sydney answered at Forbes Plumbing and Septic! Not only was she polite and knowledgeable she requested photos of what the problem was so the plumber would know what part to pick up before arriving. She could only promise first thing tomorrow morning, but said she would try her best to get someone out to us today. Sydney came thru for us! At 4:18 Brian phoned to confirm the size of the fitting and to tell us he would be out within the hour. At 5:17 Brian rolled in our driveway part in hand! He was polite , knowledgeable and extremely skilled! Within 30 minutes we had water! We couldn’t be happier with the entire Forbes team. This might of been the first time we used them, but it won’t be the last!Service: Pipe repair

Thank you so much for your prompt and professional service today. Really wasn't expecting to get my hot water heater replaced so quickly. I don't think it's been 4 hours since I first called and your guys came, pulled out the old and got the new one in. Super impressed. And your guys were beyond friendly and very respectful. Even swept up before they left!!

Called this place over a week in advance to schedule a septic pumping. The put me down for a Monday first thing. Monday came around and they called 30 before the scheduled time and told me they can’t make it they would call me back. To this day , never heard a thing back! Pretty sad customer service, flake of a scheduled day and time and never show up or call back. Will never call this place again or recommend. Owner will say he don’t see I’m in there system. I guess not they flaked on me. If you schedule them good luck to you.

Called them after hours over the weekend (holiday weekend) they called. Me the next business morning, lucked into a plumber swinging by that morning and he got both my clogs knocked out np. Good price and good service. I'd recommend if you need a plumber ?Service: Drain cleaning

I have nothing but good things to say about their business. I want to give a great big thank you for helping me in an emergency situation with my septic issue. They fit me in their very busy schedule on the same day I called panicking about what I had going on. Once the tank was pumped, there were other issues that needed immediate attention and were taken care of right then. I was worried about the cost, and ended up with a very reasonable invoice for all the immediate service I received. I would highly recommend Forbes Plumbing & Septic if you want excellent customer and plumbing services at a reasonable rate!
