Please do not go here , very bad experience. Bill the Manager,was very rude, when asked simple questions. No one should be treated and talked to so poorly. He couldn't even give me basic information on my purchase. Called once was clearly not having a good day , was rude and impatient. Called a second time ,was high tempered and rude. If your going to be in the field of Customer Service. Then you should clearly be able to handle a call concerning a Order , and based on the fact I was a new Customer, my only intent was to double checking on my Order, not write this review or to cause any trouble. He couldn't basically do anything on his end to help me with my questions. Which circumstances,might of ended on happy note. If this Manager didn't have a horrible attitude. I hope it was just a bad day and everything works out for him, but I will definitely take my money and business some where else.

Well the manager Bill was very rude when I called to see why my delivery had not been delivered. He said they were running a hour and half behind not to say it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday but the delivery drivers were off .So they promised me it would be delivered on Tuesday by 4 pm and it's now 6.34 and it still has not been delivered so he was screaming at me so I asked to speak to his boss when he gave me the numberhe said it so fast I didn't get it so I ask him to repeat it once again so fast I just had to get it off computer he acted like he was having a bad day and was ready to go home awful customer service

I have been waiting 3days on , my delivery that was supposed to have been delivered all ready. Every time I call the store, the only answer I get , is it’s on the truck they running behind…. Still waiting on my dryer.

They left my stuff outside and threatened to throw it back inside they are bad to rent from they are making me pay for something I don’t want anymore 0-10 I will NEVER rent from them AGAIN ?
