I had been going to Affinity Salon for probably 2 yrs! The stylist I saw there ALWAYS had his phone on him! He would actually answer it if it was his friends, while doing my hair! It was always a process to get him to text me back for an appointment! Then it got to the point that he ignored me completely! I have done nothing but be kind to this man! So I have no idea why he doesn't want to do my hair! I let time go by, and messaged him again! Still NOTHING, or he would say let me get back to you, which NEVER HAPPENED! So I would message him AGAIN... saying "PLEASE DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME"! Never to be heard from again! I tried again today...YEP, no response whatsoever. With me even asking is there a reason he doesn't want to do my hair? So here we are! I normally wouldn't do this, but it is making the entire SALON look bad! I would give zero stars if I could! As a business owner myself. I would NEVER treat my customers like this! It's unacceptable, and I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to this salon! I have every single text message between us from jump, and have no problem proving how BLATANTLY RUDE THIS MAN IS!!! My advice... STAY AWAY!!!

This place is amazing, my hairdresser Maggie is so funny, so sweet… literally the best but they always make sure you get what you want, very sweet people, they’ll talk to you so your not just sitting in silence. But I love this place ??

Nobody acknowledged I was even there. I stood at reception desk for over 5 minutes so I left. They were too busy singing to acknowledge me I guess. Used to go there years ago. I wont be back.

A beautiful Salon with friendly staff. April Glenn is amazing. No matter what you need she will make you feel beautiful. If you need, color, cut or style she's the best. Her formal hair is always on point no matter what the length of your hair is!.
