“Adam had spoken with me on the phone and when I went in he saw to my purchase of a push mower. he guided me through each of the models and was patient as I decided. he wrote it up and put it in the car for me being careful to explain how to put the handle back up and where to put the oil. I want to say that all of the staff that has ever been in this store has treated us kindly and with respect. my husband and I appreciate Badcocks for giving us credit. “The technician was professional and explained what he was doing. But after he took my dryer apart and replaced the part ,the next day when I was drying my clothes my dryer started making a loud knocking noise like the drum inside was hitting the side of the dryer. I called company back and explained what was going on, I was told that if I wanted a technician to come out to take a look at my dryer i would have to pay another service call fee. I have the monthly service plan which I pay $59.00 a month for. I don't see why I have to pay for another diagnostic fee when my dryer was not making this noise before he took it apart”
