“I had the best experience at O'Reilly today that I've ever had. I was having starting problems with my truck. And I stopped at the store. A super guy that I believe was named Jay was working. He came out and checked it. Found the battery was bad. We went and got a battery and a new cable end. He came outside. Installed everything on truck and had me going in just a few minutes. He was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He absolutely made my day. Thank GOD that there are guys like him.”
