It's hit or miss depending on who is working the makeup counter. Things have declined over the years. I do not mind since I only stop by for the seasonal promotions.

Only 3 registers open in the whole store on the Friday before Mother's Day. One of those registers was in cosmetics. I waited in line for 30 minutes to return an item. They need more help, especially on the days before special days like Mother's Day.

Very friendly. I had an issue with some pants. The length was 6 inches longer than what the tag said and they exchanged them no problem.

Logan at the beauty counter was so helpful! I went in to look at some makeup and get color matched and it was perfect! She was so sweet and did such a great job. 100% would recommend going to see her for all beauty needs!
