They will not answer the phone I ordered a phone two months ago cause I lost my original they put my payment in the wrong section so the insurance company can’t see the payment made towards the phone I don’t understand why I pay insurance when they haven’t replaced my phone yet going on two months now

I bought a phone from boost mobile I'm supposed to have unlimited minutes , but every time it's like clock work and it's time to pay my bill. Than I don't have unlimited minutes and they're telling me I've used to much data. As soon as I add money I guess it's unlimited again

This is most unprofessional establishment I ve ever dealt with in my life
Sold us a refurbished iphones SE as new on ATT NETWORK so it wouldn't work properly when after 6 hrs in store and 17 phone calls and A week of no reply or resolution my wife stopped in to talk to Crystal the manager and shocker her employee threatening my wife to a point we called the police
After all this the cops did nothing and said the other store quarter mile away were waiting on us to resolve the issue please go there
Guess WHAT NOPE THEY HAD A SIGN ON DOOR SAYING BACK IN 15 mins
SO NOW LEGAL ACTION WILL START MONDAY
THIS STORE AND THE OTHER ARE ABSOLUTELY A JOKE
SIDE NOTE THEY EVEN THREATENED COMING TO MY HOUSE WHERE MY KIDS ARE ...
