If I could give 0 I wouldThis is most unprofessional establishment I ve ever dealt with in my lifeSold us a refurbished iphones SE as new on ATT NETWORK so it wouldn't work properly when after 6 hrs in store and 17 phone calls and A week of no reply or resolution my wife stopped in to talk to Crystal the manager and shocker her employee threatening my wife to a point we called the policeAfter all this the cops did nothing and said the other store quarter mile away were waiting on us to resolve the issue please go thereGuess WHAT NOPE THEY HAD A SIGN ON DOOR SAYING BACK IN 15 minsSO NOW LEGAL ACTION WILL START MONDAYTHIS STORE AND THE OTHER ARE ABSOLUTELY A JOKESIDE NOTE THEY EVEN THREATENED COMING TO MY HOUSE WHERE MY KIDS ARE ...DO YOU WANNA DO BUISNESS WITH PPL LIKE THIS ....AS FOR ME NO WAYAnother thing I forgot was I have 5 lines here guess that kinda customer isn't worth the time and energy to make happy THANKS BOOST MOBILE

Truly a horrible experience at the store at 203W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC. Went in to purchase a phone on cyber Monday. Asked if she could transfer contacts from my old phone, she handed me the phone and told me to do it. Asked about free phone case I was supposed to get, told me she would get it when she had time then proceeded to chat with friends who stopped in. Stood at the counter for approx 10-15 minutes while she totally ignored me standing there. Finally just left in disgust. Never felt more disrespected in my life. Will never frequent that store ever again!!!!

I simply went in the store with my boyfriend and daughter to find a phone case for a samsung galaxy s20 fe and it looked like no one was in the store to help till this miserable voice snapped at us asking us what we're looking for, no friendly, "hi welcome how can I help you?" kind of greeting. She was hiding behind the computer screen so I had to go find her and told her I'm looking for a case because I had just got a new s20 fe and she barked at me that they don't sell those cases and just kept repeating it in a rude tone that they don't have them. She said they make new phones and don't have cases for them right away. I was never rude to her, I simply asked a question and it's not even like the store was busy. We were the only customers. It was an older woman with black hair we were there yesterday later in the day around maybe 2 or 3. I've never felt so unwelcome, I will not be going back there ever again. If you don't like your job or you had a bad day don't take it out on someone who has nothing to do with you, change yourself.

Customer service was adequate. I just didn't like him doing other things (moving stock from the back to the register) while helping me. It was as though I was not important enough to fully engage me as a loyal 14 year customer.Nonetheless, I was able to get what I went there for, to purchase a new phone. Hopefully, it will be better the next visit.

Arrived to have phone looked at but employee had her kids in the store and she was on the phone. Unbeknownst to me she was speaking with a lady who was assisting her in getting the computer running. I wanted to have my phone looked at due to not being able to call or text and she told me I had to call customer service. Poor customer service and a very gloomy demeanor

Bought a phone the lady didnt set it up all the way. Got home couldn't even finish setting it up because of no wifi went back she said she fixed it so came home to finish set up and guess what no wifi she put in boost wifi from the store and said it was fixed still no wifi on the phone??????

I would give them a zero they are the worst and I seen them trying to write my card number down on a peice of paper so I will never use them again. This crystal girl said she was the manager but she was rude and unprofessional to me and couldnt tell me why they where writing my card information down.

They told us that we could get 3 lines for 100.00 a month but with activation fees it would be 155.00 to 175.00 to get it started. Finally 2 hours later she's done. Anxious to leave we had the money out to give her and then we heard 315.00. That was it, I just walked out to the car. My best friend had a few words. To top it off, we ended up loosing our phone numbers. Don't waste your time with these idiots.
