I have had a unit there for more than three years! I couldn’t have asked for a better, more secure place to store my precious belongings.
Not only do I have a unit there, but I have had embroidery work sent there and it’s always a pleasurable experience!

I was expecting Bradley's to be a run of the mill store with rude, uncaring employees. Was I surprised. They were most helpful and were very friendly. I had to been to two other stores similar to Bradley's to get a trophy repaired and both declined to help. Bradley's will need to order a part to replace a broken part. Customer service is alive and well at Bradley's!

I own my own business now but we have used Bradley’s for years, back when we coached softball. I recently needed a recognition plaque on short notice for my current company which is extremely hard for anyone that short of notice, but they took the time to make sure I had what I needed for a very important night and still had great quality. They have always been great at customer service and will go out of their way to accommodate. As a business owner, I know how hard that can be. Thank you Bradley’s for always being there for us.

The owner met with us and took his time explaining all our options to personalize my daughter's letterman jacket, to ensure she will be happy with it. He promised to send a digital markup of the jacket before it is embroidered, in case she wants to make any changes. He also gave us the option to pay half now and half when the jacket is ready (I prefer to prepay, but it's nice to have the option!)

My car was hauled out of Uptime trailer parking after they had a dispute with the land owner and were evicted off the property. I had been out on the road and had no idea of what happened. Bradley's towed and stored my vehicle for a month and charged me $820.00 for the storage fee. It was parked in a dump and not even covered. What can you say but, CROOKS! It wasn't even in their dumpy yard for a month and they towed it less than five miles.
