This was my first time dealing with Car Pro, but not the last. I felt like everything was clearly communicated, fairly priced, and repaired very well. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable. If I’m ever in need of repairs again, they will be my first stop.

My mom came 5 hours from her home to visit with us, and realized she had an oil leak. Car Pro completely and professionally repaired the issue in the time frame needed for her to safely get back home. I appreciate their understanding in her schedule and their competitive price! I want to express my frustration regarding my recent experience. While I have appreciated my interactions with Jeremy, the only master mechanic on staff, it seems he is spending more time on administrative tasks than actually working on vehicles.
I brought my truck in for a diagnostic code, and they ordered a sensor which a mechanic assured me would take just a few seconds to install. Instead, I was charged for half an hour of labor. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours after leaving, my truck is running worse than it ever has, with the check engine light now on. This is particularly concerning as I was supposed to leave for a vacation in the mountains today with my brand new camper.
I went to AutoZone to read the codes, which revealed a misfire and another issue. To my dismay, the technician discovered that there are missing bolts under the hood—bolts that were intact when I last had the vehicle serviced. This raises serious doubts about the integrity of your service. It feels as though things are being broken, only to charge me for the repairs and keep me coming back for more issues.
A trustworthy mechanic ensures that when you leave, nothing else is wrong with your vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Incredible experience start to finish. Quote was $2k less than the next best quote and the service and communication was courteous and prompt.
They also over delivered on the body work, even restoring hidden areas within the engine bay to their original factory finish. Will, who is as detail-obsessed as they come, made sure the paint job was perfectly blended and had the car detailed for free. They clearly value people and aren’t just trying to assembly line you for a quick payout. Very refreshing, will never use another body shop.

I very seldom give 5 stars for anything. I have bought a car from Mike before and no complaints. He is my go to mechanic and his team are very polite and knowledgeable. I have never had any problems with the repairs he and his team have done. I don’t trust most repair shops but Mike and his team are ones that I truly believe are fair and HONEST.

Great customer service! Jeremy was highly recommended by a family friend. He was amazing! Took his time diagnosing my issue, thoroughly explained the problem, made the repairs quickly, and was very kind and respectful through it all. Super honest and affordable. I will be back here for any car needs… and so will my family!

My daughter paid cash for a car from here and he charged her way more than the car was worth.. he did give her a limited warranty.. but when the car tore up he wouldn’t honor the warranty cause he said she went over the miles allowed.. but that was not true because the car spent more time in the shop than it did on the road. He never help up his end when she needed .. The car was in the shop multiple times before she even had it 6 months and the times that it was in the shop it stayed for weeks or more. All he cares about is money in his pocket. And he has a bad attitude when you confront them about their wrong doings and he’ll make up lies to make you look like the bad guy. Save yourself the headache and skip this one all together
