My fiancé sold his car to ford and let's just say it has been a nightmare. Car came from overseas & was registered here but they was unaware of how to get a title....... I did a little digging and told them how to get the title & what needed to be done and still no update no nothing. A month 1/2 later still no payment. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Was told no one reached out to update us because they had no update. At this point would never recommend anyone to them or work with them again.

We went here to look at a used truck. We arrive around 10am, test drive it, and decide to go through with the purchase. Sit down in an office where we begin the painfully long process (typical for a car dealership, I know). After discussing our options and deciding on a financing plan we sign our contract, transfer our tags, change our insurance, and finally make our payment. When all is said and done, it's 4pm. We spent at least 4 of the 6 hours sitting and waiting during various stages of the process. Nonetheless, we left with our new truck, happy to have it! Then, FOUR DAYS LATER at 6:30pm, we receive a call from the dealership explaining that someone read our financing "approval" incorrectly, and we had actually been denied. They said we needed to have the truck back first thing the following morning.. Now, I understand it's not their fault we were denied (apparently it's hard to get financing on older, used vehicles). But the fact that they sent us home thinking we had a new vehicle, just to call us 4 days later to communicate the opposite shows that their internal process is severely flawed and they lack professionalism. Financing is a basic function of any dealership. You can't properly run a dealership if your employees don't know how to read basic financing documents. I wouldn't recommend anyone trust them with their money.

Worst experience I've had with a dealership, scheduled an appointment to go look at a 2018 Mustang and spoke to Matt before arrival, I then make the 2 hour drive to look at the car and I walk in to all the employees standing around in a circle and tell them what I'm there for then I learn the car had been sold earlier that day without giving me any kind of notice before making the drive. Very unprofessional business and extremely disrespectful. I highly recommend not buying anything from this dealership.

Beware the bait and switch! Dealer asked when I wanted to come in to check out a vehicle listed online. I made the appointment for first thing this morning. I showed up and the truck was in Virginia. Then I was treated like I was out of line for not allowing them to test drive my truck to appraise it. The entire time I was speaking to the dealer, I felt like I was being lied to and manipulated. Not a fan of salespeople as a whole, but this place got the eye twitching and rage tingles tingling. Maybe I'm wrong about it all, but I should have checked the other reviews before going in.

I made an appointment for 8:30am to get a recall problem fixed. I was told they would have to keep it the whole day in order to fix the problem. I said that this car was my only transportation, so I wanted to wait for it. They told me that they would need to keep my car all day so the mechanic's would have time to take a break during the day and not be so rushed. They also said that I might not be taken on time because the mechanic's needed time to gather their thing and get to their stations and set up their stations. So, I called another ford dealer and they told me that the bushing that I needed replaced would take 15 minutes, so I made an appointment at the other dealer. I had the same problem trying to schedule an state inspection for my car. They could not tell me how long it would take because the men needed to get ready for the day. I was suppose to be the FIRST car in, so why would it take all day to do a 10-15 minute job???? This place clearly does not know how to schedule the jobs needing to be done. I think they just put your name down and when ever they get to you is OK. NO, That is why you make an appiontment.

This ended up becoming a nightmare ! It took over a year for my cars to be fixed ..I was lied to about new parts being put on and everytime.i got a car back something new was broken. Then when I called the service manager tim out on the lie about a new part not being put on, he refused to speak to me and had his gm handle it. Terrible experience.
