No matter what the issue at hand may be Haleigh is ALWAYS so helpful.. There's not much that she can't help you with and if she can't she'll call someone who can.
I've had to not only charge numbers, change phones, add lines, get my phone to unlock etc. This place is a 5 star all the way around....

My husband went to the Shelby store to by a new I Phone. Ty waited on him. She provided little or no assistance. She told him to Take it home to pair the two phones. That did not work. He lost his pics and had to manually put his phone numbers in. He purchased a screen protector that she put on for him. This morning he noticed it was cracked. Less than 24 hours later it was cracked. He did not cause any trauma to the phone.. not happy

My family of three came back to cricket because of the great services. We all have IPhones and they were useless with Spectrums horrible services…. We are glad to be back home with cricket and Steve the associate is the Best…..

We came to Shelby from Forest City, to look at phones from a completely different carrier, and ended up here, with Brandon helping us. He was amazing! VERY professional, very helpful, and very kind! Pretty funny, too! Thanks for all your help, Brandon!

Brandon, the manager, helped us find the best deals and helped my grandmother understand in the simplest terms how to work her new phone. He was very patients and friendly, and helped us switch from Verizon. He didn’t add unnecessary charges or services.
