Lisa and her staff TRULY impressed me today. This was my first visit at this location. The store is SUPER organized and extremely clean! It was peaceful music playing to make my shopping experience pleasant! Her staff is top notch with genuine hellos 👋🏾 and have a great days from start to finish. I think I have found my favorite location. Dollar General.. you have a true gem in Lisa's leadership and it's shown just by the way she interacts with her guests and how she keeps her store clean and organized. I will visit this location again even though it's further for me, but the hospitality is so worth it! Thank you Lisa's and staff for making my New Years Day that much more pleasant!

People are friendly. Place is clean and easy to navigate. Shelves are stocked well. No wait at checkout.

Not bad at all! This DG is mostly well stocked. It has a nicer looking facade than most. It's located North of the city of Shelby, N.C. There was some empty shelf space but still acceptable. Most notable was a shortage of 2% gallons of milk. Because there was no merchandise sitting on the floor, I was tempted to give this one 4 stars! Close call at that!

Rather disappointing. shelves are never stocked, employees act like they tolerate their customers and prices have skyrocketed.

The cashier lady put my change in the bottom of my bag I felt that was very disrespectful I couldn't believe it I mean who does that! I had to dig to the bottom of my bag to get my change .

I love my new local Dollar General! Ann and all the staff there are very friendly and helpful! Thankfully, it's not that far away. Right off Hwy 74 @ Plato Lee Rd. Shelves are normally stocked well, considering the pandemic has backed up everything! Ann was kind enough to let Eli hang a picture he colored right there at the front counter!Highly recommended! Stop by and say hello to Ann!
