“Friendly staff at a family-owned company makes doing business with Folks pleasant and easy. I preferred the Boiling Springs location since it's so much closer to home, but that small location never recovered from COVID and recently had to close. The team at the main location in Shelby are friendly, nice, and always willing to help with whatever you need or answer any questions you have. Recently had an issue with a shirt that was ruined during the dry cleaning process. The owner called me personally, apologized for the mistake, and gave me the price I paid for the shirt when it was new so that I could replace it.”

“During our travels we are doing laundry once to twice a week at laundromats across the country. We found the staff at this location to be very friendly I used 6 washers which all worked properly and 7 dryers and seven dryers that were nice and hot and dried my clothes in a timely manner.”
