Ok I believe a lot of people expect everything to hot and ready at all times but when the store is being rushed and is understaffed and we have to answer the phones for take call in orders plus walk in orders plus online order from our app and door dash there is times that the wait times giving to u online does not match the store's Wait time and unfortunately times can be over thirty minutes with even a full staff doing everything in it's power to keep the customers flowing we want everyone happy I'm not foolish enough to think we meet everyone's expectations every time but as a employee and assistant manager I try to make everyone happy I'm sorry if we have failed to meet ur expectations we are happy you chose us to dine with if you see us very busy just bare with us and we will get to your order in a timely manner and also treat you with respect thanks for being loyal customers

The cashier walked away twice to speak on the phone. After he finally returned he said it would be a minimum of 30 minutes for a hot and ready item.A parking lot would be a better use for this real estate.

This is your typical little Caesars experience. My youngest loves pizza staff is friendly and often gives cookies to children.Kid-friendliness: They offer cookies while you are waiting. Hot and ready is easier for kids as the pizza burn temperatures are absent.

I must say was very disappointed with the food and the staff at this location. I have a complaint about the Shelby NC location. There is an employee named Courtney who has red hair. She speaks very country and yells at black customers and is VERY RUDE to you when explaining anything to anyone who is NOT white. I am also a door dasher and witnessed and had this interaction with Cortney. She is very condescending when she yells to black patrons like black people are incapable of hearing and understanding her while also making sure white patrons are treated very well and spoken to with respect. I will not patronize this location. I will also in the process of notifying Little Caesars corporate and other delivery businesses that work with this location.

Placed a order at 5 on the app. At 5:50 it’s still not even showing in the oven. Came in to check and almost everyone has been waiting. One guy had been waiting for 40 minutes for just a cheese pizza! He is getting a refund. You’d think for a Friday night they would be prepared. The lady and front counter could care less and has the personality of stick. There appears to be no management here running the place. Customers are coming in, finding out how long the wait is and then turning around and leaving. What a disaster!
