Just moved here and had to go to this Lowe's a half dozen times over the past week, as my new home needs a lot of work. I love coming here, the associates are there for you. James is super good and he goes beyond the call of duty to make sure the customers leave happy! And you do. The Frontline associates are awesome too! From where I had came from, I had almost gave up on retail stores like this, where the employees help the customer. As I'm settling in my new place, this Lowe's will definitely be my go to place

I came into the store today. No one was in line for returns. 2 workers were standing there discussing something. Never bothered to make eye contact even though it was obvious I was standing there and ignored me. Then a lady came up to the other register and asked a question. Ignored me again and continued waiting in her. This is not the first time this has happened with rudeness in this store!

Does Lowe's even assist customers anymore? Had to hunt a rep. For assistance! This used to be a good place to buy hardware etc. not so true anymore.

Met with Don in tiles. He was extremely helpful and explained the differences in the tile types. He took his time ensuring that our questions were answered.

Today I went to get items via curbside pickup and had to wait about 20 minutes. I did not see any one else getting curbside pickup service. I don't understand why there was so long a wait. This hasn't happened in the past but I hope that it isn't a trend.

Update customer service representative likes to profile and take pictures of customers and then lie about taking the picture when confronted. Then proceeded to laugh smirk and carry on and tell people incorrect information. I will be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable behavior.Stephen G was awesome in windows! Great customer service!!

Never shopping there again. Waited at curbside 10 minutes the lady calls and said go by garden center I drive there wait again blocking road still no one I had to go inside and told the woman (long dark pony tail) I’ll just do it myself this wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t even look at me or say a word. Home Depot for life!

Store is very dusty/dirty. Finding help in any particular department is basically impossible, employees walk right by you and more often then not have to call somebody because it's not their department.

I would give this a 0 if it allowed me to do so. WORST experience. Ordering was a nightmare; delivery was scheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled (all by them mind you), and then delivered the wrong items. Went to the store and waited 3 hours to get it worked out. Then yet ANOTHER mistake was made on their part and we still haven't received the items for which payment has already processed. They will take your money right away, but you may never see your product. No one will take accountability nor will they compensate in any matter when it is their negligence and incompetence. Completely inept. I will never support them again.

One of the best Lowes in the state! Great staff that goes out of their way to help you, and they always seem to have positive friendly attitudes. It makes shopping there pleasurable. The great staff plus a clean store make this an enjoyable shopping trip.

Found many items that I needed. Most was in stock. Only a couple items not available. Great personnel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
