Marshalls in Shelby at the Cleveland Mall is good for budget conscious shoppers with new name brand and designer items arriving all the time. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store feels bright and well kept. It can be a bit cramped with merchandise. The selection is great and so are the prices!
