Metro By T-Mobile of Shelby...Me and my bf was just in there....Au'Monfi and Jaliyah was so sweet in helping my bf...There customer service was Awesome...????...The Gastonia Metro By T-Mobile gets two thumbs down from us... They're very rude.. from here on out we will be dealing with the Shelby office.. keep up the good work Au'Monfi and Jaliyah

So my husband and I went to Metro today. Not really sure what we were going to do as far as if we were going to switch or not. There was an amazing woman who helped us. I asked so many questions and she didn't let us leave until our phones were on and working. Monti is the wonderful woman's name. Walked in only thinking about getting 1 phone but walked out with 2 google pixel 6 instead. Please get this woman a raise because honestly she is absolutely amazing!! I've never had such an awesome and informative person dealing with any phone providers. We are so pleased with the phones and service. Get Monti a raise!
