So my husband and I went to Metro today. Not really sure what we were going to do as far as if we were going to switch or not. There was an amazing woman who helped us. I asked so many questions and she didn't let us leave until our phones were on and working. Monti is the wonderful woman's name. Walked in only thinking about getting 1 phone but walked out with 2 google pixel 6 instead. Please get this woman a raise because honestly she is absolutely amazing!! I've never had such an awesome and informative person dealing with any phone providers. We are so pleased with the phones and service. Get Monti a raise!

I just bought a new Samsung phone and it didn't have a charger with it and now I have to find transportation to get back to try to get a charger from y'all. My data is constantly going in and out. I love using Metro but I'm seriously considering leaving Metro now. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PHONE, THE CHARGER, AND METRO'S INTERNET??

This store has terrible customer service. The associate answered the phone then told me to come into the store for the information she could give me over the phone. I have AT&T and wouldn't even be calling this raggedy place but to help a relative. Zero stars is more fitting.
