I usually have good results when getting my dog groomed but I don’t know what happened this time. My dogs fur is uneven on his head and paws and had a couple hair balls I had to pull out. Alexis did not do a good job and he was the 1st appointment for the day. Not pleased with the service.

Not overly friendly I think three people were working but stil had to wait forever at the register for someone to get there stores clean and stocked wish they had grooming Shelby needs it
