They offer very Limited services compared to other salons in area. I went in requested a full set and was advised they dont do acrylic tips at all. They only do natural nails or dip powder tips only 🙄

Got my nails done on Friday and by Sunday...my nails was popping off...went back to get one fix and a couple days later the rest was popping off..less in a week

If I could give a zero I would 🤣this place is a joke. I paid 32 $ for something I didn’t ask for. Sit there an hour waiting, in the chair. They don’t communicate with you, I WILL NOT be back!!! I didn’t get what I wanted and still had to pay? Exactly for what!?

This place doesn’t look like much, but it is my mother-in-laws favorite place to go in Shelby. She has my daughter hooked now too. The entrance is between Subway and Dollar Tree. Friday afternoons, after 3pm, are super busy.

Stylist: The BEST pedicure and service I’ve had!! I can’t rave enough about this place. Everyone here is so sweet and communicative. I felt so welcomed when I first came in and even though it was a little busy, the communication was stellar and I was perfectly happy to be patient. The technician that did my pedicure was insanely detailed and I felt like I could relax. I felt like feet were being so pampered and there were so many additional steps taken to ensure an amazing pedicure, even paying attention to the water being consistently warm and ensuring my massage chair to be turned on. I loved the color of my toes and I was so excited to have it. Also, I have been having some chronic pain due to stress from nursing school and after this pedicure so much of it is gone, I feel incredible refreshed for graduation! I felt so special and cared for. Everyone consistently checked in and made sure I was okay and I could tell that the staff care for each other as well. The owners were so amazingly sweet and I wish I knew about this place sooner. It’s worth the wait!!! STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wish I could you all 100000000 stars. I wish you a fruitful business and success :)

I’ve been to ALL the local nail salons and no one compares to the quality and attention you get like Pro Nails. I am always happy, my nails don’t lift, they don’t break, and the gel doesn’t peel. Overall excellent nail salon! Prices are affordable and what is expected for nail services in 2024. The staff is always kind and patient! Love love love pro nails!

Great people and they do a great job. I went for a fill-in and they did a great soak and took their time with me and my mother. They seemed to make everyone feel special. The atmosphere was calm and everything was very clean. I'll definitely be going back.
