Today I went to buy paint and I asked Cassie that I need super paint and she gave her the paint that she wanted and another thing my client said that Cassie was upset and my client wanted Lowe's paint. How can I recommend to my clients if they do not receive a friendly treatment?

Went in for help matching a color. Was told to go look on the color wall pick a few colors take them home and come back for more help. While I browsed the thousands of colors on the color wall all 5 staff members socialized and 2 left to “get snacks”. I emailed the store to notify the manager after attempting to contact via phone, was given the main store email and then separately an incorrect email for the store manager. I did find tremendous help at Cleveland Lumber matching my color. Save your time and shop local at Cleveland Lumber. Or just buy the same paint at Lowes, you’ll likely get better customer service there too. No need for this store when the same paint is sold at Lowes IMO.

Very nice employees and clean store. It's a little pricey but it's the only place you can get their Super Paint brand that is antimicrobial and right now...the less germs the better :)

I have had several negative interactions with people at this store. Customer service is rude and unknowledgeable. I will chose to do business with other stores in the future.

Took the color sample in, picked out the type of paint, got home and it was not tinted. I literally have a can of $30 white paint.
