Spectrum is ripping customers off by making them pay for service that isn't active. We were made to pay for an entire month of home phone service even though we only had active service for 6 days of the billing cycle. Spectrum customer service refused to prorate or refund for the days that the service wasn't active. We have been Spectrum customers since 2005, but are looking forward to changing service providers later this week because of Spectrum's unethical billing practices.

My Dad has basic cable and he only watch one channel but I have to watch his account because spectrum likes to up his payment example: I notice they were charging him for 2 enternet & wouldn't give him credit. STOP ripping off the elderly people. 😡

The only complaint would be that they didn't have the phone with the storage I wanted and would have to order it, so I went with the one they had in stock with standard storage.

Change your details ! I drove all the way out to the local store because the website say open on Sunday!!! They are closed !!

If you ain't got the fiber optic lines, the service is trash! Never will stay connected for long. Don't waste your time or money for this

They tell you lies and do not work well with customers of 4 or more years in a year contract to pay off mine n .my mamS phone correct now 4 years to tha day n tell me I got 350..00 to pay o them nope I switched to a waybeyters co.pany . Thank yall 4 reading th truth

I was having a very bad day and was very frustrated with my service but Maria was able to get everything under control and my situation straightened out. She was amazingly patient with me and very knowledgeable about what to do. She was friendly and very polite and i will definitely be going right to her whenever i return

I went to pay my bill, was told I could not use the kiosk machine. There was no out of order sign on the kiosk machine. The guy with glasses was very rude, I gave him my bill statement and cash and he proceeded to ask for my license and cell phone. I informed him who I was, clarified my address and phone number, and he told me to go get my cellphone, and that they can not give back change.
I told him to give me back my money and bill statement cause that is ridiculous to keep someone from paying there bill.
I do hope your staff understand that when PEOLE PAY THEIR BILLS, that money pays there salary and any bonuses or raises they receive.
You need to educate your staff on customer service.

Staff is great. Maybe some education on online bill paying for seniors would help the wait times. Gotta wait a ridiculously long time bc all the seniors just go pay their bill there with a check and staff has to call it in on the phone. I watched this happen 6 times while waiting on an issue that can’t be handled via web or phone.
