Hours: Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Shelby, NC offers a high-quality car wash experience with friendly customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the clean and accessible location, along with attentive staff members, especially a manager named Julie, who is consistently described as personable, hardworking, and making each visit enjoyable. The process begins with a pre-wash, followed by a wash in the tunnel where gentle soaps, conditioners, and state-of-the-art equipment leave vehicles with a sparkling, protected finish. Afterward, customers can use free, powerful vacuums, cleaning cloths, and glass and surface cleaners for the perfect finish. Many reviews highlight the excellent service and the positive attitude of staff, making the experience pleasant.
