I truly enjoyed my visit to the UPS Store, in Shelby, N.C.. The young lady that assisted me was just delightful. She was professional and personal at the same time. I was there three days ago. I am still thinking about our conversation and still smiling.

It’s the closest UPS store and they get the job done. However, it’s a bit maddening to stand in line for 10 minutes while 3 or more employees busy around the back of the store, with no one coming forward to address the line.

I have used the UPS Shelby NC location for a year now. I go once or twice a week for my personal and business needs, and receive packages at this location to pick up. The service is top notch, with two ladies I'd like to note, Mariah and Denise, who rock at running this store! They do an exceptional job from customer service, to business and mailing tasks, as well as notary. I have felt like their best and only customer since day one. I see they truly appreciate and love all their customers. This store can get extremely busy at times, but be patient and you will notice the line just keeps moving, and your greeted with a smile and professional service! I highly recommend this store.

There’s a young lady there I believe her name was Denise? I know it started with a D anyways she was super sweet and very helpful in helping me with a return! She not only was patient but was very knowledgeable definitely will go back!! Any questions I had about stuff she was there answering. She also has notarized couple documents for me & was very knowledgeable on things. Amazing service from her! Wished there was a 10 stars for her amazing personality!!
