Driver never attempted delivery! Always faking that reciever was not available! I'm home all day waiting with door wide open! UPS is trash.

The package delivered to my home was thrown at my dog, who was chained, and within his reach. Package was marked as containing lithium batteries. Dog was able to chew through the box before nurse could get to it. Driver needs to be fired.

Had a package with the address mixed up . Tracked it to these guys and stopped by and picked it up. They were friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

I live down the street from this facility and they have the LOUDEST screeching sounds coming from the building at the most awkward times (11pm, 3am, 6am, you name it). I've tried calling to ask what it is, but all I get is an automated system that doesn't help at all. My husband and I are currently talking about getting a noise ordinance against them because it's seriously disrupting our sleep time.

This store actually sucks! Returning an Amazon damage package, why does a Store Feel the need to inquire if item worked or not. This is a shipping store. They are not Amazon! Sounds like they’re screening items to steal from you. Why did i need to be questioned as if the young man was amazon customer service and whether he wanted to allow the return or not. Scan the barcode from Amazon, box, the item, return it to Amazon. That’s your job.

They don't take packages until 5pm. When I approached the building I was met by a very helpful person and then quickly on my way.

Impossible to speak with a human on the phone. My package did not arrive and through an email it said that I wasn’t available to drop it off at my home which is not true because I was home and did not require a signature. Pathetic service!!!

These people here are the best!! The two young fellas who went above and beyond to find my package today on a Saturday when it was expected for delivery this Monday I really appreciate it! I am leaving for out of town for four days and needed it today and they made it happen! I didn’t get their names like I should’ve but whoever is working the front office today and the other guy who helped find it y’all deserve a promotion! Thanks!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I've been dealing with them for over a year and, month after month, they won't deliver to my home! I pay for this service and I expect to get results! They repeatedly hold my packages at the Shelby hub with no notice to me that it's even there! Last month they even took it upon themselves to return said package to the sender - again, with no notice to me! How are these people even in business??? If it was possible, they wouldn't even get one star!!!

The UPS carrier facility in Shelby has been terrible. We have been having issues for months getting our packages delivered to our address. Our address is correct with the city, fire department, usps, and FedEx, yet UPS can’t seem to figure it out and say it’s incorrect. Then they hold our packages and say we requested a hold. We have spoken with customer service, people at the Shelby carrier facility and been assured this will not happen again. And yet here we are…packages held again saying our address is undeliverable despite having given specific directions for our area. Then one of the guys at the center says it’s out of his hands and we need to speak to the lady who organizes packages for delivery in the morning. So we’re like okay, can we have that number, only to be told they can’t give it out. Totally frustrated! This has been going on for months. Yet everyone else on our road is getting their packages delivered.
