Normally satisfied with this place today not so much basic manicure with regular polish took over an hour a lady who cane in after also got gel soaked off and manicure with gel polish was in and out way b4 I ever even got mine soaked off told me nails were dry I left and have marks in several nails due to not being dry not to mention all the polish on my skin beside nails and the runs very dissatisfied today. Unfortunately was In a rush and didn't have time to ask them to fix them.

Discrimination and racism at this place. I went into this place to get my nails done and Ann to me and told me they had appts coming in. No one was there yet and she was finishing a customer's nails. I told her I’ll wait. They refused me service and didn’t want me talk at all. So, study both lied. They refused me service bc of the color of my skin and appearance. I would not recommend this place to anyone. BEWARE! They are both crooks and prejudice. It’s sad we blacks support these people and get treated like that. But they won’t survive long. That business WILL continue to go under after I tell everyone about them. Warning… DO NOT GO THERE

Did not do a very good job on my dip nails. They look powdery and the shape on a few nails isn’t good. Lady was polite but not friendly. Won’t be back.

For such a beautiful setting... more technicians needed. I was there this afternoon. Was simply stepping outside & alerted the tech and he said 'you know you have 2 people in front of you. After going outside, never looked back. You obvi need to take a customer service exam. Looked wonderful inside too.. first word you spoke to me trying to push me away. I will keep doing my own toes. Ironically a sign hangs on your kiosk that says.. attitudes are extra. Take your own advice.

Firstly, the salon is not welcoming. Signs all over the entrance stating “no kids under 8 welcome” and “no food allowed”. One of the employees was incredibly rude about a customer after she was forced to walk out because her child was under 8.Secondly, the tech that did my pedicure didn’t even do a massage or callus remover. But I was still charged $30 for a less than basic pedicure.
