I have used clear home self storage twice over the last 15 years and I have always been pleased with the cleanliness and the space that is provided in the units that I rented. I would also like to let you know that the people that work for clear home self-storage in Shelby North Carolina are some of the nicest people you're ever going to come across and I highly recommend them if you ever need anything stored.

I just want to say that Mr. David is the epitome of CUSTOMER CARE From the very beginning, he makes you feel heard, welcomed and appreciated and you just feel good when you leave.We purchased a unit from out of town and then we arrived, the unit was too small but thanks to Mr. David’s knowledge he remembered that it was a possible open unit. He went back to the office, got the info and came back to the unit for us to unload. And had all the new paperwork ready for me to sign, after I help get the movers situated. It was a very pleasant experience despite all the stress of not knowing how things were going to work out.Thanks again to Mr. David!!!

Just recently move from Texas to North Carolina. We needed a big storage to store our furniture. We actually had to have an additional storage unit for more items. The staff was very helpful and eager to help us. Thanks to everyone at Clear homes and staff for making our experience GREAT!

This is by far the best storage facility I've had the pleasure of working with. David and Wendy are great folks and they are always eager to help. From the time I first inquired about renting a unit to the point of signing a month to Month contract they have went above and beyond to meet my request. The reason I gave clear home a 5 star rating is because clear home and the staff deserve all 5 gold stars .

Wayne and David were great! Wayne helped me over the phone setup a time to look at several spaces for my large travel trailer. David personally walked me around and was super helpful and friendly. Thank you guys! I would highly recommend.

Clearhome storage is top of the line..on one occasion i forgot to lock my unit.i was contacted within the hour.They also have excellent security...I always felt safe....so if you need short or long term storageClearhome storage is the place to go..
