3 bdr 2 bath unit worth of furniture GONE. DISAPPEARED. NO 1 knows where it went. It wasnt auctioned I didn't move out of it. Belongings JUST GONE. And no one wants to account for it. Go to the one on Union Rd work with Chelsea. Your stuff is safe there. If you are at the one on S York Rd in Gastonia it's just a matter of time.

Chelcie is the best. Humane caring is done best with a real human. The automated system was broken and couldn't speak loud enough to hear. Only Chelcie was able to help.

Equipment was clean and ready. Staff was pleasant and professional. FYI- always make a reservation and come early. I would definitely recommend this location. All U-Haul locations or staff are like them.
