I didn't fully appreciate how outstanding the entire team was until my cat died. He had a heart problem and had to be put to sleep. I was heartbroken. Dr. Kassi, Ariana, and Jamie were so kind and empathetic and made a horrible situation more bearable. The team even sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone shortly after the event. I can't over emphasize how much their understanding and compassion has meant to me.”

“My 5 star experience started with the initial phone call asking about prices for vaccinations and spay/neuter surgery (I have 2 cats), Very friendly phone staff took the time to go over fees and answer questions. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the kittens and agreed to all recommendations as they know more about animals than I do but some things are optional if money is a factor. I loved the vet, Dr Deanna. Very caring and thorough during exam. Answered all my questions and it never felt rushed. The staff are all 5 star, clean and friendly clinic . I have no doubt my kittens will get the best care at Hope Animal Hospital.”
