If they ever have your medicine in stock then the store is "temporarily shut down" you use to could depend on your pharmacy to have and get what you needed. Definitely not this place! They are a complete joke!

I called the pharmacy today to see if they had a specific medication in stock due to the fact that my regular pharmacy is out. When the phone rang in the pharmacy dept, no one answered. The phone was picked up & placed on hold. Every time the phone would ring back after the hold period, they picked up without speaking & hit the hold button again. This happened 5 consecutive times with no one speaking a single time. How unprofessional!! I will NEVER use a Walgreens pharmacy or enter a Walgreens store again!

I thought I could grab prescriptions fairly easily around 9am today but was definitely wrong. First, Ajia, who was working inside register and window had me wait 7 minutes while she served 4 people inside before approaching drive thru window. When she appeared there was no greeting and simply said , "Name"? Secondly, after getting 1 of my 2 ready prescriptions she had me validate my DOB and address. I advised it seemed she only had 1 of my prescriptions and had she greeted or asked me I would've happily shared I was here to pickup 2. A thumbs up was all I got as she placed the 2 prescriptions in the drawer after a 15 minute wait with no one in front of me in the drive thru. Staff need a course in customer service.

Sitting in line waiting to pick up medicine, can't go in to get medicine because they have the window shut. It might not be their fault because no one wants to work any more but people still need their medicine. I hope they get help soon.

Pharmacy has gotten worse and worse over the years. Sit on hold for 30+ minutes for a status and get hung up on without getting to speak to anyone. Drive there while I’m on hold again to get in line for a status update. Get there, not a single person is talking anybody on the phone. Terrible customer service. Prescription is not ready after 8+ hours.I almost never leave a review. But, had to come here to say run far far far from this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Okay so I'm sitting in the Walgreens parking lot I have possible sciatica and it really hurts to walk so I asked him to let me buy Epsom salt through the drive through all that you got to do is walk out there and get a bag and bring it to me they told me I'd have to order it online how hard would it be to just walk out there and pick up a bag of Epsom salt and sell it to me through the drive-thru

Five stars to pharmacist on 12/19/22 evening at Dekalb St location who hustled to get late Rxs to a patient. Family, friends and other professionals involved are grateful.

This Walgreens cannot keep a pharmacist or staff, shutting down inside pickup with 2.5 hour drive thru waits. Now they just close. No warning. No plan to address the needs of customers. Doctor's offices closed so can't get perscription to a different pharmacy. Won't move a pharmacist from another Walgreens less than a mile away so meds can be filled that cannot be transferred. They suggest I wait three days (Sunday to Tuesday due to being closed for the 4th) or go to the ER. No plan to address the problem they created. Cars lined up a drive thru, with no sign that they are closed due to poor management and no contingency planning. It does not even occur to them to move a pharmist for a few hours, or call a Pharmacist from up to 25 miles away to come in and cover for medication that cannot be filled until the day. Was assured on Thursday that they would be open on Sunday and would call me on Friday if medication was not in stock.

Informed scrip ready for pickup on Thursday, from Grover and DeKalb store,tried to pick up sat, pharmacy closed until Monday. Tried to get script transfered to DeKalb and us 74, a pharmacists from closed store had to make transfer, no meds till Monday. Extremely poor customer service, last time dealing at this location.

This is possibly the worst drugstore I have ever dealt with. I was out of refills on my two prescriptions, so I called in 3 days ahead so they could hear back from the Dr. My Dr. never received the request. Had to go two days with out meds.

Well they fill medication then close pharmacy without putting meds back in system now leaving people without blood thinners , heart meds etc. pretty sorry that they couldn’t return everyone’s meds to where other stores could fill it .

I have tried to pick up my prescription for two days, before 6 p.m. no service at all. I'm hurting really bad without this medicine. I have called and they keep you on the line 10 minutes then say they are having difficulty. I used to think it was a good store. Now I think they need to just shut it down.
