Helped me get my antibotics the Grover St store didn't fill 3 hours past the meds being called in. Took this Walgreens a whole 10 minutes to prescribe medication I desperately needed.

They are always busy but they take the time to help me by letting me pick up my specialty medications that come from the Charlotte Specialty Pharmacy from Walgreens once a month it's a very large package usually shipped by FedEx from the Charlotte specialty Walgreens pharmacy and you guys have them worked temporarily closed they are not closed they were closed due to a storm about 2 or 3 weeks ago but they reopened over a week and a half ago I was so stressed because I couldn't get my medicines and I finally called them to double check that thing that was on Google Search and found out no they're open and I thought well they should be open because the medication was delivered to them by FedEx on Saturday so thankfully the pharmacist answered and said yes we are open and yes your package is here a big package you can come and get it and I told him I would be there later this evening to get it before they close at 9:00 and he was very grateful and I was very grateful that I could get it today

You need to post the correct pharmacy hours of operation! You open at 9 am NOT 8 am and closing hours is 8 pm NOT 9 pm. My husband has made 2 trips to get his prescription only to find the pharmacy closed!

I wish I could give less than one star. The pharmacy staff are absolutely horrible! Worst of all is the pharmacist himself. He is very rude. I would recommend go anywhere but here!!

I had the most awful experience with the clerk named Maria. She was so disrespectful to us on Christmas Day. She really needs an attitude adjustment.

I was utterly disrespected by the clerk named Maria on Christmas Day. My sisters card was malfunctioning and Maria rolled her eyes and acted like we were scum. If I could give zero stars I would. Most disgusting experience at Walgreens.

Seems like there’s a Lot of Spoilt, Lazy People in this World Today…Complaining about a Drivethru while they could get their spoilt lazy tails out and Get them some exercise by Walking Inside instead of Badmouthing a Business…Especially when most of these problems are caused by our Elected Officials who these same people have not taken the time to learn about before they cast their votesThey are THE REASON WALGREENS NOR ANY OTHER PHARMACY CAN NOT GET YOUR PAIN (PERCOCET) MEDICATIONS!!!Your ELECTED OFFICIALS HAVE PUT A LIMIT ON YOU AND YOUR DOCTOR/PATIENT PRIVACY!!!Just sayin ?♂️??

One star is actually one star to many. You could search and search and never find another pharmacy as bad as this one. Staff is rude and not knowledgeable at all. The pharmacist will find 100 different reasons not to give you your medicine if you have made a complaint against him, which I have. I have filed a complaint with the N.C. Medical Board and am in the process of taking legal action against this pharmacy. Anyone with any sense would stay FAR AWAY.
