Since the hours of operation and phone system change , I've had nothing but trouble trying to order my medicine. No one ever picks up when you are put through to try to talk to someone. When trying to order my medications, when I enter my prescription number that I have refills available on it says there's no record of that prescription. Prices are good and the employees are helpful though.

My Dr called in 2 prescriptions at Walmart.I go to Walmart the next day & they say I only have 1 to pickup. A week later I remember & call, they said they didn't have that 4x in stock. They would order it & will let me know. 2 weeks later I go online & click on that rx to be filled. Today I go to the pharmacy to pick up that rx & another one. They only have 1 ready. I ask about the older rx, they said they didn't have anything else for me. I leave, I go online & it shows that rx was filled yesterday. So I called & gave them the rx #, she says that rx is $200 with insurance, but they don't have it in stock. It's been 3 weeks since my Dr called it in & I still don't have it. The lady ask me if I wanted her to order it....if I didn't, I wouldn't have called about it.They don't bother telling me it's not in stock, nor do they tell me it's $200 & why does it show online " Last filled: yesterday"?

Was able to get my prescription quickly transferred from a different Walmart so that I could still get my meds when needed. Friendly pharmacy technician.

Awful customer service. They simply do not care. A couple of them working here will tell you that. Be sure to count your pills because they can't count either. I was short 30 pills on a 90 count prescription.

Honestly do I even have to go there???The name says it all, it's not even a decent competition. The price at other stores are not even close. Yes you have to wait in line but you have to wait in line at other stores as well.Thing is is usually crowded in Walmart and you can possibly see friends and neighbors or even make new friends.The staff is very knowledgeable and they do their best to help you find the best price and the best medicine for your situation.And if something isn't adding up about the prescription they will call your doctor and inform them, such as combining drugs that can have a very bad interaction with each other.And of course while you wait you can be shopping and they will come over the intercom when your prescription is ready or you can sit on the bench and wait.#Drugs #medicine #prescription #walmart #pharmacy #business #northCarolina

They were closing at 6pm on Wednesday and my mom needed a prescription that her regular pharmacy didn’t have in stock. I called Walmart’s pharmacy at 5:35 pm had no clue they were closing early. They had it and she had not ever had a prescription filled but they agreed to get it transferred over and wait on me to get there even if I didn’t make it by 6pm. I made it there by 6:05pm and as promised they waited !

They are by far the most chaotic, mismanaged and unprofessional pharmacy. I used the one in Morganton for years and never had the issues and problems I did here. A disaster.

Gave me 1/3rd bottle of the correct medicine and 2/3rd bottle of some completely different drug in the same bottle. Think someone got disciplined over it; either way staff was rude afterwards. They, as in totally their fault, had a problem filing my insurance correctly one day, told me I could come back and get refund for the cash difference within 30 days. Went back for refund and they couldn’t or wouldn’t make it right, ending up with me at a loss of over $100 for this. Asked for all my medicines to be transferred away from them; they dragged for over a week with pathetic excuses and claiming they had transferred them. Took getting frank with them and giving them the exact prescription numbers for them to transfer the prescriptions. I felt like they were holding my medicine hostage. My opinion is to stay away from these people at all costs.

It doesn't matter if you call your medication in three days or thirteen days before you need it... the medication will NOT be ready when you go to pick it up.When you reorder your medication...they fail to tell you it is out of stock....until you get there to pick it up a day later.Yesterday, I listened to two other people complain about the same thing while I was there.They are quick to say come back tomorrow.People have lives and have to work. Everyone don't have time to come back tomorrow.After I finally get my Grandpas medication this month (I am on day 4 of waiting on them to get it ready)I will be changing to a different pharmacy for him.

They always have patience and understanding with the public. They are friendly. I have been to other Walmart pharmacies and none compare to this one.
