Left lowes after not getting any service. Went to Norvilles, walk in and within 30 minutes decided what we wanted.
Dennis came to measure to be sure everything was correct and the material was ordered the next day.
Carpet and tile has been installed they did exactly what the promised

What a pleasant experience. The store may be small but it has plenty of flooring samples to accomodate your project. We were helped by a very upbeat lady who will go out of her way to help you and she has a good eye for what works together in flooring. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend this locally owned store.
