The few people that work there are great. They need a new manager that knows how to staff properly. It shouldn’t take an hour to make a transaction with a human. Last six times have taken an hour.

Literally the slowest bank I have EVER been to. If you have to go in, plan your day around it because there is NEVER more than one teller between the drive-through or the front counter. Get more employees for God's sake!

My fiancé can not get a new account started here you can make appointment and show up 10 to 15 mins early only to wait 30 mins or more pass your appointment time. Their is NO hurry up and get the job very slow. Who every does the appointment needs to be retrained properly on how to do her job and to tell time.

Worst experience ever. Was told to have a C and someone would help me. see it in the lobby over an hour, then told have to have an appointment… after yea was told I could be seen … the woman was so rude… I’ll just drive 30 minutes to the next one

Horrible customer service. Attitude, attitude, attitude! They move extremely slow. As an African American I am treated poorly everytime I take out a large amount of money or deposit a large amount of money and this visit was no exception. Most of the time it's from other minorities. In this case a big black lady. She scrutinized my check that was legit until the white lady came over and said it was okay.

I worked with Shannon for my appointment about two weeks ago - and she is amazing. Kind, professional, helpful - Shannon made the appointment seamless and easy. She informed me of every step we took, clearly responded to all my questions, even offered to help me with something additional that was not part of my original appointment request. I hope you give her a raise! She deserves it. Can't write enough great things about my experience.

Worst bank ever. I would advise everyone to transfer any funds that you have there to another bank. No coverage/protection for fraud and no one will speak with you directly to discuss. Constantly referred to another person for another 10 day wait. This is for customers who have been loyal to them for 30 years and throughout all of their public scandals. Just sad to treat loyal customers this way.

I met with a lady named Laura who was a great professional to have met with , She handle all of the issues that I had with my account and I had a better understanding of the situation I had with my account and I also thought that she was not nothing less than a first Class Lady through and through.
