We have had an amazing experience at SafeNest. We pulled in, asked about a unit, and we were taken directly to the unit. After a brief conversation, we were all set. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service we received from Cathy. Everything was top notch. I would highly recommend SafeNest to anyone!

The facility is very clean, and doing everything online, makes it so much better than doing paper work. The unit was the perfect size for all of our stuff, and the price was reasonable also.

Super easy to rent a unit, totally online and instant access to my storage unit. When I moved out they contacted me the next day and asked if I'd like to cancel my rental agreement. Very impressed with the level of customer service.

After considering multiple storage facilities, I chose Safe nest storage because of its convenient location, up to date facilities and on site office. I reserved my unit on line, went in to finalize everything with Kathy who is very thorough and friendly! I do wish they were open later because it’s so hard to move in this heat right now. But on the other hand, for my safety and security of my belongings I appreciate the hours. I did however realize after the fact, they don’t have flat hand carts. But Kathy was very quick to accommodate even mins before the office closing.All things considered, I definitely recommend Safe Nest Storage!

I reserved a spot online at SafeNest Storage and completed the process in person at the lot. From my first contact by phone with Cathy to completing the rental with Troy, it was a pleasant, trouble free experience.

I called around several months before we actually needed the space and by far SafeNest was the most economical and convenient location for us. Kathy gave me all the info I could need and she was just so pleasant and I could tell she actually cared about the people and their needs. So when it came time for us to rent a storage area, I knew where we were going to rent. Kathy was there to greet us and the monthly fee was actually better than first discussed. She showed us different sizes and all the areas and grounds are very clean and the security leaves us knowing our storage will be safe. Thank you SafeNest, this is our first storage experience and so far, it couldn’t have been any better

The unit they suggested was perfect and the climate control is so nice. I went in dreading it,I hated every trip I had to make! When I first got there I was as a mess. Moving quickly from a long term marriage. I met Larissa and Cathy whom work there, I left satisfied with the service and every time I see them they still put a a smile on my face. Thank you ladies.
