“Excellent storage facility. Aaron, the manager, runs it very well -- he is accessible, informative, responsive, friendly and helpful. It is always clean, climate-controlled and well-lit. I was a satisfied customer for several years. However, I docked one star because of the company's business model to regularly raise prices by significant amounts. After 2-3 years, the rent becomes too high.”

The grounds are immaculately clean, free of any debris, noise, or smell. It feels like a community space, not a storage unit. Excellent contact and communication from the store manager. “Mitchell was great to work with. I rented a portable storage pod as well as a regular storage unit from him. He was courteous and timely and really worked with me to deliver for what I needed for my move. I was amazed at his ability to load and unload both an empty and full portable storage pod without barely making a sound or scratch anywhere on my driveway. He was always available and responsive and I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Stow Away!”

Payments are very easy to make. I read some say there was a fee for a phone payment, I did not find that to be the case.
