“The new manager, Monique knows her job well. She has been excellent in every step of the way throughout my apartment processing. She explained to me the policies, the papers, reminded me about electricity-dues-payments, answered all my questions, and responded to my emails even when it is not Stonecrest office time/day. Her customer service is top of the line. Dealing with tenants and informing them of company policies- she is doing it in level-headed manner. Thank you Monique for all your assistance!”
“The only bad thing about living here were the neighbors. Some neighbors were nosy and like to call cps and the police about the least little thing. The managers, maintenence, corporate, etc they were all pretty good with pricing of the rent, maintenence issues, things like this. But hey, income based rent apartments, what can you expect living on the poor side of town?”
“This is a great place to live!!! It is a well maintained apartment complex with great management. It's in a great neighborhood and it's a very safe place to live compared to some other apartment complexs that I have visited over the years. I have been here almost 5 years and I have enjoyed living here more than any other apartment complex that I have lived at in the past. A wonderful church owns these apartments and the pastor there is one of the most generous God fearing people that I know. I hope that I am able to enjoy another 5 years or more here. I would be very content in living out my remaining days right here as long as the ownership and management stayed the same or if it at least keeps being managed the same way. The maintenance and upkeep of the apartments and the grounds is second to none!!!!! ((This is just my opinion based on my time living here at Pine Glade Apartments))”
