“This branch is awesome. I had general customer service questions about opening an account. Had tried to inquire in person at the branch in Asheboro NC but ended up calling this Siler City location due to poor service in Asheboro.
The people in Siler City were so pleasant and helpful. Genuine. Even though they didn't have appointments open today they were willing to work with me if needed. Gave me other options and recommendations if we couldn't come in. Good customer service makes a huge difference. People need to learn this.”
