Chatham PTA Thrift Shop offers a positive shopping experience with a great mission to support the community. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and occasional sales, often finding unique items like home decor and furniture. While the new space is liked, some shoppers wish for carts with child seating. The store has had its share of challenges, including a recent loud customer dispute, which was effectively deescalated by a staff member named Gabriel. His polite and attentive handling of the situation impressed customers, reinforcing their decision to continue shopping at the store. Overall, it remains a good place to find special items, especially for home decor enthusiasts.
Every time I go on the store, I’m greeted with a smile and a happy face. They’re always more than willing to help me out and you can’t beat the prices.

Love the new space, don't love the carts. There are no carts with child seating for if you got little ones be prepared to carry them or take a stroller with you.
