First id like to say , the Pharmacy section employees are amazing! They have always been extremely helpful! With that being said , the lady with the hog ring in her nose and the bleach blonde lil boy that work at the register are absolutely useless ! If you don't know how to deal with the elderly then you shouldn't be in a Drug store ! She was very rude to my 88 year old grandmother who has trouble hearing. My grandmother speaks loud sometimes because she can't hear very well and this lady decided to tell my grandmother she didn't need to be loud and to stop being rude ! My Gm was upset because she didn't understand why her coupons weren't working. Had this lady ever had to live off of $1600 a month maybe she would understand how much coupons mean to the elderly. But instead of being helpful she decided to be a typical useless, unhappy individual. She did make a point to tell my GM that SHE runs the store and no one will do anything to help her and there's no need to ask the anyone at the Pharmacy for help. Well guess what , the Pharmacy techs are always helpful! 5 stars for the Pharmacy, 1 star for the girl with the hog ring.

I visit the CVS Pharmacy often and always have a positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am also greeted every time I enter the store. Highly recommend.

Clerk asked us to use self checkout. After I scanned the first item THEN she said she could also check us out. Self scanner is HORRIBLE! Incredibly loud and repeats immediately and doesn't give you time to hit buttons. Makes you feel rushed.
GET RID OF SELF CHECKOUT MACHINE!!!!!!
Will never do that again. There's other pharmacies.

After years with Walgreens in siler City I’m definitely going to be switching to the CVS pharmacy in siler City. Elizabeth at the pharmacy went above and beyond to get my booster today after a debacle at Walgreens across the street. She was very personable and represented CVS with so much wonderful qualities. Her staff was hustling and making sure everybody left with a smile while I waited for my Covid vaccine. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt taken care of. I’ll be moving all of my prescriptions over to CVS!!

Customer service was awful. The cashier kept finding stuff to do to force customers to use self check out. Then the self checkout had issues that needed cashier anyway, so line was long.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.. when I call I have to sit on hold for 10 mins or more. I called a few days ago and I got confused with my insurance card.. the lady got frustrated with me and hung up on me. My refill was ready but I literally sat in the drive thru for an hour. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what. I love that this cvs is close to me but I’m tired of how these people treat me and I’m gonna have to find another one
