“We rented a unit last month to get ready for our move, and it was all in all a decent experience. The lady in the office was super nice and helpful. The only things we did like were, the unit we rented had a nasty puddle of sticky stuff we had to cover/avoid so it didn’t get all over our stuff, and two different people renting units in the area we were in kept bringing their dogs there, letting them wonder off leash, and we stepped in poop in front of our unit because of that and tracked it everywhere. But dealing with the people who work for the company was lovely.”
