Transmission Repair in Siler City, NC

“I can't say enough good things about the people at Downtown Automotive and more specifically Andrew. My husband and I have had to take our vehicles in 3 times lately due to varying issues, and each time we have left beyond appreciative for Andrew's hard work and commitment to seeing the job done and done right. His attention to detail, great communication and honest pricing have left us with peace of mind knowing we have a place to go and people we can trust. Everyone we have encountered at DA have been kind and beyond helpful. It's refreshing to find a business that still seems to value their customer and their work. Thank you for being a business we can trust. We are very grateful!”

“My wife and I have used Silk Hope Transmission for a rebuild on our family van and for maintenance services on our other vehicles. We have always felt like the customer service exceeds our expectations. Costs have been reasonable and they stick to the timelines they estimate for repairs to be complete. Family, locally owned businesses like these are a dying breed; I highly recommend reaching out to them first for any transmission issues or concerns. Thanks for taking great care of our family van!”
