“They totally rebuilt my son car for us at a fair price. They did all the work within a few days the car runs like it’s brand new! They are kind of hard to get on the phone but if you leave a message they will call you back fairly quickly. Everything everywhere is expensive but I feel like we were given a fair quote. The car runs like a dream and we have been back several times for different vehicles.”
“We rented a Uhaul from Pops shop. They were great. If you order a Uhaul for King NC Uhaul automatically sends it to here. The Uhaul rental place in King would not help us even though they had two 26' trucks and I order the uhaul for that location. Pops shop was very accommodating and genuine. I highly recommend them.”

“We were on 421 north traveling to meet up with friends in the mtns when the splash guard under the engine started dragging. We pulled off and Long’s Garage was the closest place where we could get assistance. I called. We drove there and the guy who helped us ( i don’t know his name- reddish beard, youngish) was great. It was raining and because the lift was occupied, he crawled under our car to secure the guard. Really great friendly guy who definitely helped us out.”

“Marty to the rescue! We had a tire go flat on our minivan last night so I called him first thing this morning to see if he could possibly work us in. The tire had breached so we couldn't just re-inflate it and drive it there, so his guys came by and picked it up with a trailer. He was able to get a new set of quality tires (we went ahead and replaced all 4 since the others were about due for replacement anyways) at a reasonable price and install them all before 4pm. His guys even delivered the vehicle back to our house and said we could pay him tomorrow! I am very grateful for the excellent service, flexibility, and care that Marty and his team provided today. “My wife and I could not say enough positive things about Paul and his work. My wife has a Volvo that other local repair shops won't touch due to it being a Volvo. After a discussion with Paul about what issues we were having, he was more than willing to take a look and do the work for us. His response time in getting her car fixed was excellent. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair it at a third of the cost it would have been had we had to have Volvo work on it. We have since had him work on this same car one additional time with all things being corrected. His work is great, he is friendly, timely, and cost effective.
