Fast loading. I was in and out in 30 minutes although from the trucks parked around back i would say i got lucky. Tight around back and no overnight parking and little parking if you arrive early or have to wait.

Just takes a while to get loaded had to wait 3 hours just for the inspector to show up before loading and still waiting to get loaded. You will have to blindside back to dock but it's not too tight plenty of space. Only 2 docks but slower than a big warehouse that has 100s of docks lol.
