Got a Samsung washer and dryer, purchased the club so it would be covered in case anything went wrong, paid it off purchased a couch and love seat we asked would the coverage also cover the washer and dryer with the couch and love seat, we were told YES IT WOULD. Well of course the dryer just stopped heating up. Called Aarons for them to say it's no longer covered. I ask so what is the coverage for, only to be told for the couch and love seat damages. The manager didn't care one way or the other to help resolve this situation. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO AARONS IN SMITHFIELD NC. ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I have spent too much in this place to be treated this way.

I placed an order online and then found out that they don't remove refrigerator so I tried to cancel my online order and spoke with Mike at the store in Smithfield on Brightleaf Blvd and was told that I had to call the 800 number to cancel so when I called the 800 number I was told that I had to cancel from the actual store I had made the online order from so the lady from the 800 number got someone on the line for me and Mike tried to say that they were already delivering the fridge which I knew was a lie, and then I was told that they can't send a verification to my email stating that I had canceled the order within minutes of doing the online order and I didn't get my dollar back. Very dishonest. If you need to make a sale so bad that you are willing to be dishonest I want no part of that store and if a payment is taken out of my account I will be calling an attorney and the better business beauro.

Brandy was awesome always has been since I've first spoken to her on the phone and walked I to the store. She knows exactly how to help when I need help. She got me into a wonderful couch and loveseat. I'm going back tomorrow for a 75 inch TV. Also I believe the other representative there Aj was his name. He was very personable and helped checkout. The store is huge, clean and alot to offer. Better than any other aarons I've been to.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They lie about their products being used or new! You go to store to return 3 times and tell you to come back manager is not there. Then tell you ONLY OPTION is Return with NO refund NOW due to time OR finish paying. Although Aaron’s employee lied about their product, mgr was not there when tried to return!!!! They are awful !!!!! Worst company and worst store out of all to shop at!!! Do not come here!!! They SCAM you and LIE!!! Then WONT make THEIR mistake right. Employee who lied is still there! RM is the one who said my options when it was their mistake!! Zero stars

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! Store lied saying product was NEW and it was VERY USED and DAMAGED! A gift for my son and they smile and hand me an item NOT worth the price and NOT what was agreed to! Very very upset
