Visited here on 3/22/25. As I checked out, I was being attended by a Hispanic lady. She spoke to me in Spanish, but I would wish to be spoken in English sometimes. She would ask me questions for like the store rewards or so, but I was having trouble talking to her because it was in Spanish. It took me much longer to check out by then. Anyhow I did not like how I was being attended while checking out. The only reason I put two stars is because they have amazing things, but I would wish to be attended better.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans & 2 packs of socks today. Unfortunately, I'm super picky when it comes to jeans 😕... I had THE BEST experience & help from Claudia Gavas! Not only was she folding clothes/straightening up & putting new items out, but she stopped to help find jeans in my size. When they didn't fit quite the way I wanted them to, she went back several times to find jeans that ended up turning out perfect. She was upbeat, friendly, & had the best personality ever! I'm not sure if the other 2 girls were managers or not but they just stood at the front of the store talking. They mentioned a sale to me that was going on, but that was it. Claudia was not only doing EVERYTHING, but she took the time to help me too. Because of her, I will definitely be back! I could tell she was a hard worker & she personally made sure I was able to find what I was looking for. She is a huge asset to the Aeropostale team!!

Very awesome deals I love the clearance racks. They seem to be more catering to small/thin women but that works great for people who try everything and can't keep weight on

Went in the store with my wife and was going to get her a pair of pants that was on sale for $17.99 and a shirt for $4.99 and then got to the checkout counter and the girl at checkout was very rude and disrespectful and tried to get me to pay full price for a pair of pants that was on clearance, told her where I got them from and she said yes they were on sale but I had to pay full price for them. Will never go back there again and I will also be contacting corporate office about the service I received today.

this one is a little late however my last visit a couple weeks ago was very pleasant. i was immediately greeted by Erin, she told me all the deals they had in the store and answered literally every question i had. i swear this lady read my mind because she answered questions i didn’t even ask her yet. fantastic service from every other employee and the sales were good and i appreciate that. love the store layout and set up. 100/10.

Amazing deals on stuff women if you are not a size 10 then it ain't going to fit i wear a large in my shirts and a large would not fit so I tried on a xlarge nope not working either but the clothes in the mens department fit my 23 year old very well
