No curtesy to the customers people waiting to even get their names down on a list to speak to someone 1 guy came in to ask about turning a phone in at the corporate store and he was told we do t take phones here you have to take it to a ups store he asked if they had a box for the phone the lady said no we don’t in a snap tone. I will definitely not be coming back here ever

After having a bad experience at an AT&T store in Garner, NC, we came to this location and got everything resolved. The representatives here are very helpful and positive! Definitely ask for Destiny, she provides excellent customer service!

The service was just okay. I went to upgrade my s23 ultra early. I was told there was an error with my account and the other person on my account would need to change their plan in order for me to upgrade. I called my firstnet rep from the parking lot and he had my new z fold 6 shipped within 20 minutes. The store never tried to call anyone or do anything else to help with this situation.
