This Belks store in Smithfield NC is very clean and neat. Cashiers and staff are helpful and kind. I spoke with the manager and thanked him for caring about our store and cleaning it up.Much improvement !

I am with a nonprofit, and we participate in the belk charity events as much as we can. The staff always treats us well. I love that they find local charity's for these events. More businesses should support local.

Would have gotten 5 stars but the lines are too long every time i visit.Otherwise, great!Update**dropped to 2 stars today. Store full of customers in line. Only 1 cashier on each side of store and cashier working cologne/makeup counter was putting makeup on someone so really only 1 cashier. I put my things on counter and left..smh
