Irvin Garcia was a big help to my husband and I. We switched phones. He was very knowledgeable of your promotions and the capabilities of each phone we looked at. He even stayed later than closing to make sure we were all set up and taken care of. He is an excellent addition to the Boost Mobile team. He was patient with us and very kind. Came into store due to my phone that I purchased from boost mobile eSIM just stopped working. After hours was able to get phone to work with a regular sim not eSIM. During the process of just trying to get my phone to work again, we checked the imei of another phone I had and was told it would work. $35 later, the phone want work and they refused to refund my money. I gave boost mobile $35 for what?

I had the best experience in the Smithfield Store. The staff were all very knowledgeable about plans/ services & they have some great deals right now before Christmas. I got an upgrade on a phone, I only paid $10.

I would give this place no stars if possible. Don't believe the return policy at the bottom of your receipt because they do not honor it. A phone was bought that did not work properly from day one. They refused to help or give a refund or exchange.
